Multffamily Off-Street Parking Reductfon Optfons. Multffamily residentfal development may reduce 2 <br />required off-street auto parking based on one of three optfons shown below. These optfons cannot be 3 <br />used in combinatfon; only one optfon can be used. A transportatfon demand management (TDM) plan 4 <br />(EMC 19.34.080) is required for use of any optfon. For the purpose of this sectfon, “additfonal reductfon 5 <br />factor” is the total number of parking stalls required after a reductfon credit is applied. For example, one 6 <br />hundred stalls required with a reductfon factor of 0.75 means that seventy-five stalls would be required 7 <br />with the reductfon factor applied.
