Most of this data will be available within <br />the department, consolidated by data resellers, or found through <br />online sources. Within the first weeks of the project, we will take <br />stock of the data held by the City and then work collaboratively to <br />fill in the gaps. <br />As we believe that no data is without interpretation, we want to <br />ensure we validate our assumptions. We will organize a selection <br />of interviews, as identified on the charter, to further understand <br />strategic priorities, challenges, and opportunities. <br />D.
