Preliminary Geotechnical Report <br /> Crescent Avenue Residence <br /> 4326 Crescent Avenue <br /> Everett,Washington <br /> 1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project will consist of a new residential development. No project plans were available at the <br /> time of our study. We were provided with a verbal description of the planned site development. <br /> Based on these descriptions,we understand the subject site will be developed with a new single- <br /> fainily.residence in the approximate center of the site. Access to file site is-from C.rescetit Avenue <br /> located along the east side of the site and Federal Avenue located along the west side of the site. <br /> The new building will likely be it two to three-story wood•.11 need structure wide a stab on grade <br /> lower floor level. Foundation loads should be relatively light, in the range oC 1 to 3 kips per <br /> lineal foot for bearing walls and up to 25 kips for column footings. <br /> The conclusions and recontmendations presented in this report are based on ourVnderstanding of <br /> tiie above stated site and the}Manned project design feitures. if actual site conditions differ, the <br /> planned.project de igii.features are different than we expect, or if changes are made, we should <br /> review them in order to modify or supplement our conclusions and recominendations as <br /> necessary. <br /> 2.0 SCOPE <br /> E On September 19,2019; we excavated two hand-augured test holes to a ntaximum depth of 8.0 <br /> feet below surface grades. Using the information obtained frond our subsurface exploration, we <br /> developed geotechnical design and construction mcominendations for the project.
