The following Special Inspection Report includes a <br />summary of our site visit <br />Construction Documents: <br />❑ Construction Set dated 06/08/2023 <br />Progress of construction: <br />❑ Date of inspection:05/30/2024 <br />❑ Foundation completed <br />❑ Framing completed <br />Items observed: <br />3rd Floor Exterior Walls: <br />❑ Front P1-3 Exterior Shear Wall (C - Units) <br />o Edge Nailing and Sheathing Splices: Construction conforms to plan set. <br />Note: many instances of the party wall end nailing not thing into the exterior wall per detail 8/SO6 <br />were observed at time of inspection. Builder has been notified and has provided pictures. <br />Builder confirms construction conforms to plan set. <br />o Panel Seam Construction. (3) instances of P1-3 wall missing double studs at the adjoining panel <br />edges per Detail 1/SO6 were observed at time of inspection. Builder has been notified and has <br />provided pictures of the resolution. Construction conforms to plan set. <br />o Plate Nailing and Framing Clips as specified on plans. Construction conforms to plan set. <br />2^d Floor Exterior Walls: <br />❑ Front/Rear P1-2 Exterior Shear Wall (All units) <br />o Edge Nailing and Sheathing Splices: <br />Note: Many instances of the party wall end nailing not thing into the exterior wall per detail 8/SO6 <br />were observed at time of inspection. Additionally, (5) instances of insufficient nailing were <br />observed at time of inspection. Builder has been notified and has provided pictures.
