Red Hawk Fire Protection will provide design, fabrication, materials, and installation for an automatic <br />fire protection system per the plans and specifications. <br />2. The price is based on an approximate square footage of 72,000. <br />3. The system shall be bidder designed. <br />4. The fire protection system is designed to meet the following design criteria as established by the local <br />fire department and NFPA Chapter #13. <br />5. Red Hawk Fire Protection, LLC start point is with flange located 6” above grade inside the building. <br />6. All necessary testing, permits, inspections, and related fees. <br />7. (1) Two-way rough brass fire department connection mounted on outside wall within ten feet of riser <br />location. <br />8. (1) Wet System: Riser consisting of water flow switch, control valve, tamper switch, drain valve and <br />signage. <br />9. Dry System <br />a. (1) Riser consisting of a dry pipe valve, control valve, tamper switch, pressure switch, drain <br />valve and signage. <br />b. (1) Air compressor with tank. <br />10. (1) Backflow assembly located inside building in riser room. <br />11. Coring / Sleeves. <br />12. Fire Stopping <br />13. Class I standpipe(s) equipped with 2.5” angle hose valve, cap and chain. Located in every required <br />stairwell. <br />14. Fire Pump <br />a. (1) Electric Fire Pump, Three-phase, 460-volt. <br />b. (1) Controller for main fire pump <br />c. (1) Transfer switch <br />d. (1) Jockey Pump, Three-phase, 3-phase, 460 volt and controller. <br />e. Test header <br />f. Flow meter <br />15. Underground: <br />a. Fire Foot out underground price consists of a straight run of pipe starting five feet from the <br />building line to a flange located inside the building. Offsets necessary by RHFP to meet <br />underground supply will be an additional cost. <br />b.
