Based on discussions with you and our understanding of the project <br />`needs, we propose the following: <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br />• Perform a boundary and topographic survey for 28 properties and Right of Way per client <br />provided scope and markup, attached, for the purpose of proposed Outdoor Multipurpose <br />Stadium; <br />• Review City provided title report and plot easements, if any; <br /> FIXED FEE: $70,820 <br />• 3rd Party underground utility locate service; <br /> Estimated Time & Materials: $20,750 <br /> <br />ASSUMPTIONS: <br />• No corners will be set at this time; <br />• Client to provide a copy of the title report. Harmsen can coordinate ordering for an additional <br />fee if needed; <br />• The above estimate does not include any City, County or recording fees or any other <br />professional services. A proposal for Civil Engineering, Wetland Studies and Construction <br />Staking can be provided if needed; <br /> <br />Before beginning the project, we will need this proposal letter initialed and signed. If unforeseen <br />complications arise, HARMSEN reserves the right to stop work until a revised fee and/or schedule can be <br />negotiated. Deliverable(s) will be provided after final invoice has been satisfied. This fee proposal is valid <br />for 60 days. <br /> <br />We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
