We are excited to have the opportunity to <br />continue our working relationship with DLR on this project. The following proposal is based on the <br />information provided and our recent communication. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />The project is a new 5,000-seat multipurpose facility intended to be the home of the Single-A affiliate <br />of the Seattle Mariners and a new USL team. The current program includes: <br />· Mix of fixed seatbacks, club seats, supporter stands, berm seating, loge boxes and picnic area <br />· Suites and Lounges <br />· Stadium and Party Deck <br />· Food and Retail Facilities <br />· Media Facilities and locations for MiLB and USL media functions <br />· Administrative facilities for MiLB and USL functions <br />· Team Facilities for MiLB and USL functions <br />· Playing surface that accommodates baseball and soccer <br />The project will be delivered via Progressive Design-Build with Bayley Construction. <br />The Construction Cost Target is $42M under the following schedule: <br />· Phase 1 (SD-DD) <br />o SD Deliverable Deadline – End of June <br />o DD (GMP) Deliverable Deadline – Early September <br />· Phase 2 (CD-CA) <br />o CD Deliverable Deadline – Mid-November <br />o Construction Completion – April 2027 <br />SCOPE OF EFFORTS <br />WJHW will: <br />Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Events Center <br />Exhibit C - Phase 1A Work and Fee Proposal
