R <br />Reports showing all defects in an inspection must be available and <br />programmable to list specific defects observed with corresponding footage, <br />starting and ending manhole ID numbers, structural pipe defects, laterals, <br />collapsed pipes, and other asset properties. <br />R <br />Grading reports must be included that show pipe material and diameter, as well <br />as grade scores for each survey with totals. R <br />Allow users to make or create their own reports. If third-party software is <br />necessary for report creation, the supplier must specify this and what additional <br />software or systems are required to produce such reports. <br />R <br /> <br />E. Scheduling export and import of data <br />Functionality <br />D = Desired <br />R = Required <br />Able to export asset data from ESRI services on an ad hoc or scheduled basis. <br />When exporting data, detailed conflict resolution must be available. R <br />Run as a Windows service or other service type that does not require a user to <br />be actively logged into the computer/server where it is running.
