Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />9.Engineering Services Support – Management Reserve <br />These tasks will be individually authorized on a per task basis, if needed. <br />9.1 Advertisement and Bid Support <br />If requested, the consultant will provide responses to the bidder’s questions and assistance to the City, <br />including: <br />•Support for Bid Advertisement <br />•Respond to contractor questions when appropriate <br />9.2 Construction Engineering Support Services <br />If requested, this scope will be submitted as a supplement to the Contract. It may include services such <br />as: <br />•Response to RFI’s <br />•Review and approval of submittals <br />•Construction observation support <br />•Attendance at regular construction meetings <br />•Coordination directly with the contractor, as directed by City of Everett <br />9.3 Engineering Support <br />If directed by the City, the consultant will provide services needed to assist the City for <br />unforeseen tasks related to this project that were not specifically addressed in this <br />scope of work. Including. <br />Landscape Architecture Services <br />•Design and installation of riparian restoration or other site -specific landscape <br />improvements. <br />•Incorporation of sustainable landscape strategies for habitat improvement or <br />aesthetic considerations. <br />Stream Channel Design Services <br />•Modifications to stream channel alignment or grading to ensure optimal fish <br />passage. <br />•Design and implementation of erosion control or sediment management strategies, <br />including options for a creek diversion during construction. <br />Civil and Structural Engineering Services <br />•The City is going to lead civil and structural engineering, the consultant will provide <br />civil and structural input to the Alternatives Analysis. <br />Environmental Compliance & Permitting Support <br />•Assistance in obtaining additional or revised permits, including NEPA, ESA <br />compliance, or other environmental regulatory requirements. <br />•Mitigation design and implementation in response to unforeseen environmental <br />concerns.
