2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, BROADWAY – CALIFORNIA ST TO 18TH ST SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />FEDERAL AID# STBGUL-2715(012); COE PW# 3841 SP-48 May 6, 2025 <br /> <br />Such policy must provide the following minimum limits: 1 <br />$2,000,000 Each Occurrence 2 <br />$3,000,000 General Aggregate 3 <br />$3,000,000 Products & Completed Operations Aggregate 4 <br />$2,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury each offence 5 <br />$2,000,000 Stop Gap / Employers’ Liability each accident 6 <br /> 7 <br />1-07.18(5)B Automobile Liability 8 <br />Automobile Liability shall cover owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles; and shall be 9 <br />written on a coverage form at least as broad as ISO form CA 00 01. If the work involves the 10 <br />transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 11 <br />endorsements. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: 14 <br />$1,000,000 Combined single limit each accident 15 <br /> 16 <br />1-07.18(5)C Workers’ Compensation 17 <br />The Contractor shall comply with Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by the 18 <br />Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington. 19 <br /> 20 <br />f1-07.18(5)D.RTF.doc 21 <br />1-07.18(5)D Excess or Umbrella Liability 22 <br />(January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) 23 <br /> 24 <br />The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with limits of not less than 25 <br />*** One *** million each occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella liability 26 <br />coverage shall be excess over and as least as broad in coverage as the Contractor’s 27 <br />Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance 28 <br /> 29 <br />All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named as additional 30 <br />insureds on the Contractor’s Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance policy. 31 <br /> 32 <br />This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor’s primary Commercial 33 <br />General and Automobile Liability coverages, or any combination thereof that achieves the 34 <br />overall required limits of insurance. 35 <br /> 36 <br />1-07.18(5)J.docx 37 <br />1-07.18(5)J Pollution Liability 38 <br />(January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) 39 <br /> 40 <br />The Contractor shall provide a Contractors Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for 41 <br />claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible property 42 <br />that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal or other handling 43 <br />of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or 44 <br />settlement of claims, arising out of any one or more of the following: 45 <br />1. Contractor’s operations related to this project. 46 <br />2. Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead-based paint or 47 <br />materials containing asbestos. 48 <br />3. Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. 49 <br /> 50
