Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />January 15, 2025 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:53 a.m. on January 15, <br />2025. Board Members Neyens, Schwab, Vitalich and Jorve were present. Board Member Franklin <br />was excused. Chelsi Bardwell and Ana Mechler, Human Resources; David Hall, Board Attorney <br />and Richard Gray, Finance were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of December 18, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />October 2024 $58,056.33 <br />Remaining budget $101,354.10 14.08% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />October 2024 $91,593.48 <br />October 2024 HMA fees $14,088.48 <br />Remaining budget $560,813.30 31.30% <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />November 2024 $56,750.77 <br />Remaining budget $44,603.33 6.19% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />November 2024 $107,794.42 <br />November 2024 HMA fees $14,088.48 <br />Remaining budget $438,930.40 24.49% <br />Moved by Schwab, seconded by Jorve, to approve the pension rolls claims as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Franklin who was excused.
