Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />January 15, 2025 <br />2 <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Jorve, seconded by Schwab, to approve the medical claims as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />ACTION ITEM <br />Member #139 Request for reimbursement of $768.00 for crown replacement. That is the <br />remaining amount for the 2024 dental coverage of up to $4,000.00. <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the request for remaining amount for <br />the 2024 dental coverage in the amount of $768.00. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except board member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Alternate Board Member Huglen arrived at 10:01 a.m. <br />OTHER: <br />Member Frank Anderson passed away this last week. <br />Discussion ensued regarding HMA reimbursement claims. <br />The Board meeting adjourned at 10:09 a.m. <br />_____________________________ <br /> Marista Jorve, Board Secretary
