GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING STUDY <br /> FOUR CORNERS <br /> 8102 EVERGREEN WAY <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> ES-6516 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> General <br /> This geotechnical engineering study (study) was prepared for the proposed multi-family <br /> development to be completed north of the Evergreen Way and State Route 526 (SR 526) <br /> intersection, in Everett, Washington. The purpose of this study was to provide geotechnical <br /> recommendations for the current proposal. Our scope of services for completing this study <br /> included the following: <br /> • Soil borings for purposes of characterizing site soil and groundwater conditions; <br /> • Laboratory testing of soil samples collected at the boring locations; <br /> • Engineering analyses, and; <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> The following documents and maps were reviewed as part of our study preparation: <br /> • Conceptual Site Plan, prepared by Johnson Braund, Inc., dated November 28, 2018; <br /> • Online Web Soil Survey (WSS) resource, maintained by the Natural Resources <br /> Conservation Service under the United States Department of Agriculture; <br /> • Snohomish County Liquefaction Susceptibility, endorsed by the Washington State <br /> Department of Natural Resources, October 2009, and; <br /> • Geologic Map of the Everett Quadrangle, Snohomish County, Washington, by James P. <br /> Minard, 1985. <br /> Earth Solutions NW,LLC <br />
