Our Managing with Mind and Heart leadership workshop series is
designed to help Everett Public Works achieve this goal.
When all leaders within an organization receive training in best -practice management
skills and commit to sustaining them, the benefits are transformative. These include
improved morale, enhanced productivity, and stronger employee engagement across
the organization. The approach also fosters mutual trust, facilitates collaboration
between departments and workgroups, and increases overall operational effectiveness.
Our workshops go beyond theory, focusing on practical, actionable skills that
participants can immediately apply. They are highly interactive, engaging, and designed
to maximize participation. Sessions include:
• Course workbooks
• Large and small group discussions
• In-class group projects
• Action planning
• Between-session assignments
• Dynamic activities, such as robust Q&A opportunities
Participants leave each session equipped with sustainable, ready -to-use skills while
building stronger networks of practice and support with their peers at Everett Public
Works.
For a detailed outline of the six-part Managing with Mind and Heart workshop series
(typically six full days), see the next section.
