Exhibit A (Scope of Work)
2. 2.Provide skill-building workshops for line level supervisors and leads to help
build accountability and buy-in and to provide skills for creating a healthy and
positive workplace culture.
3. 3.Partner with your top leadership before the process to build sponsorship and
support for the engagements and to introduce core concepts and themes.
4. 4.Partner with your top leadership during and after the process to strengthen
ongoing sponsorship and create a sustainability plan.
"Bringing in Nash Consulting is one of the best business decisions we've ever made."
Mike Brendel Critical Care Director, Swedish Hospital
Our Leadership Development Strategies
Our leadership/management development strategies include several different phases
and areas of focus. Topics include:
• A focus on employee engagement: What it is, where it comes from, and how to
build and maintain it
• A preview and discussion of the management skills and philosophies at the core
of Nash Consulting's leadership development program for the purpose of building
senior leadership buy-in, support, and sponsorship
• A deeper dive into how to provide effective sponsorship throughout the
organization and a discussion around other key change management concepts
• An introduction to how to create a sustainable effort and avoid the “flavor-of-the-
year” syndrome
It’s important that we also revisit many of these themes with upper management near
the end of the engagement to further build sustainability.
Additionally, we recommend that the top-level leader (sponsor) meets one-on-one with
your consulting partner prior to the start date of the workshops and occasionally
throughout the process as needed. Often organizations find that providing this kind of
coaching to the top-level leader can make a big difference in terms of helping them
provide effective and ongoing sponsorship for the leadership development process. The
focus of these coaching sessions would include:
