The project also includes interpretive pedestrian <br />facilities, landscaping and restoration of disturbed streets and property. <br />The grant will cover final design, bidding, construction and construction management <br />costs. Earlier design was completed with the help of Ecology funding as part of the <br />Lexington-Broadway Drainage Improvements project. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign <br />Water Quality Combined Financial Assistance Agreement No. WQC-2025-EverPW-00177 <br />with the State of Washington Department of Ecology in the amount of $8,733,920. <br />
