Broadway Everett Expansion Storm Drainage Report <br /> November 16, 2022 <br /> 1.0 - PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> The project site is located at 8407 Broadway Avenue, Everett, WA, Parcel ID: 28051700200900 and <br /> bounded by Broadway Avenue on the west and Interstate 5 on the east. The site has an area of 2.47 acres, <br /> with a limit of disturbance on-site of 0.61 acres (26,581 sf). The existing site is mostly developed and <br /> consists of 2.05 acres (89,375 sf) of impervious surface and 0.42 acres (18,226 sf) of pervious surface. <br /> The project proposes to construct a 5-story self-storage facility where a parking lot is currently located. In <br /> the proposed design, 0.577 acres (25,136 sf) of hard surface will be replaced with walkways and roof. <br /> Additionally, 0.033 acres (1,445 sf) of hard surface will be replaced with landscaped area. All hard surfaces <br /> will be mitigated with the existing stormwater management system and wetvault. <br /> Topography at the site is flat in the majority of the site.
