The focus of our <br /> study was to evaluate the subsurface conditions at the location of the proposed excavation, <br /> and provide recommendations for feasible excavation support alternatives, as well as <br /> recommendations to adequately protect the existing structure adjacent to the proposed <br /> excavation. <br /> This study was performed in accordance with our mutually agreed scope of work as <br /> outlined in our proposal dated September 21,2022 and approved on October 10,2022. Our <br /> service scope included reviewing readily available geotechnical data as well as previous <br /> explorations at the site provided to us by Bluestone Environmental NW, conducting a site <br /> reconnaissance to observe surface conditions, observing one test pit exploration, and <br /> developing the conclusions and recommendations presented in this report. <br /> SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located at 4849 Spire Lane in Everett, Washington.
