Safety glazing is required per IRC 308.4. Please note"SG" on the elevation where is <br /> applicable. New stair door looks like a glass inset door, please note SG. If it is not a glass <br /> door, please add note in the drawing as well. <br /> 6. Roof ventilation strategy is unclear. It could be roof jack, gable window, ridge vent, bird <br /> holes and etc.. Please present calculation based on your strategy and show design intent on <br /> drawing. Required vent area shall be 1/150 or 1/300 of attic space per IRC 806.2. <br /> Structural (Reviewer: Benjamin Monk) <br /> 1. The proposed project includes structural work. Structural drawings should be submitted as <br /> needed that include framing plans, sections, details, construction schedules, fastening <br /> schedules, materials requirements, general notes, special inspection requirements, etc. The <br /> drawings should substantiate compliance with the prescriptive requirements of the IRC.
