He <br /> also encouraged Council to consider Everett events such as the long-time <br /> bicycle movement Ciclovia, which is held weekly in Bogota, Colombia. <br /> Gail Chism, Everett, spoke about the Chuck Close exhibit and what a <br /> great event it is for the community. She also thanked the parks <br /> department for delivering flowers to Lowell Park, which were planted near <br /> the war memorial.
