I am requesting a traffic memo to document the anticipated transportation impacts in <br /> terms of traffic capacity in terms of the city traffic mitigation fee.This is to be addressed to <br /> Michael Brick. I Ruslan Cherkasskikh do testify that the hours of the coffee stand are planned to <br /> be open from 4am-and closed by 4pm weekdays. The staff will have left by 4pm. I understand <br /> if the coffee stand becomes open regularly in the future traffic mitigation fees may be reassessed <br /> at that time.
