This wall should be the wall separating the two storages in the middle. This wall assembly should extend from the foundation to the underside of the roof sheathing. Openings in this wall, if any, should be equipped with not less than a 45-minute fire-rated door assembly equipped with a self-closing or automatic-closing device. Please annotate the fire-resistance rating requirement in the floor plan and provide a detail of the fire-rated assembly. IRC Sections 302.3, R302.3.1, R302.3.2, R302.3.4. 2. The floor plans need to show that the egress windows'sill height is not greater than 44 inches from the finished floor on the interior.
