Aerial Photograph (Google Maps) <br /> 1.2 Site Assessment <br /> The project site was recently developed as an overflow parking lot for Everett <br /> Community College; however, it is currently vacant and unused. The site generally <br /> slopes from west to east with approximately 10 feet of topographic relief with little <br /> landscaping and vegetation in place.
