Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation lrerracon <br /> Broadway& 10th Starbucks Everett, WA <br /> January 9, 2014 Terracon Project No. 81135080 <br /> Advanced four exploratory borings (designated B-1 through B-4) at strategic locations <br /> across the site, to depths ranging up to about 211/2 feet below existing grades. <br /> Performed limited geotechnical laboratory testing on representative samples of the near- <br /> surface soils. <br /> Analyzed subsurface conditions in relation to the proposed development, and prepared <br /> this written report. <br /> The functional locations, elevations, and depths associated with our recent on-site explorations <br /> are summarized in Table 2, and their relative locations are illustrated on Figure 2. Our research <br /> findings are discussed below, and excerpts from selected maps and photo files are contained in <br /> Appendix C. <br /> 3.1 Regional Geography <br /> The subject site is situated in a commercial area approximately 1 mile west of 1-5, and about <br /> 500 feet southeast of the southeast corner of Everett Community College.
