Ultimately, the inspection frequency will be <br /> determined by the ESC and the City inspectors based on the weather conditions. <br /> Vegetation Management Plan: <br /> Whole site planting with vegetation is specified by a professional landscape architect. <br /> Critical Area Study and Buffer Mitigation Plan from a professional wetland plant <br /> biologist have been submitted to the City. This report specifies planting schedule and <br /> maintenance for this project, especially for buffer enhancement. <br /> Private Maintenance: <br /> All maintenance for the proposed storm system shall be performed by the owner of the <br /> subject property. Limits of maintenance are legally defined by property lines and include <br /> the storm water conveyance system, detention facility, and regulated wetlands. <br /> 8 <br />
