Hey it's Jonathan one of the owners from Los novillos I just left my application for the plumbing permits and I just spoke to the health department and he told me he had sent over our approval and everything you need other than the application for our permit if you could check for me that would be great cause he also told me I need those permits asap because my conditional working health permit has expired so he needs the city's permits so he can note a won't risk getting closed. But regardless I'll send over the stuff you asked for I have sent an email to my land lord once I get confirmation I'll sent that over and pretreatment I am waiting on there email too.And in case you can't find those health department emails I'll just recap on what's going on we switched names back on august and health department needs us to switch on sinks to be on code we have been operating with a conditional permit but had expired so we need to get this done asap but we are still allowed to be open due to this doesn't affect anything else I'll send the specs of the sink we are buying so you have them thank you and hopefully I get email back so I can forward them to you and I can get my permit this week.
