Panera Bread Stormwater Management Report Everett,WA <br /> IV. Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> All redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing erosion and discharge of <br /> sediment and other pollutants into receiving waters during construction.This project <br /> proposes land disturbing activity of less than 1 acre, and is not part of a larger common <br /> plan of development or sale that disturbs an acre or more of land. <br /> Therefore, a small parcel Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is required. <br /> The Small Parcel Requirements are: <br /> 1. Provision of a construction access route: <br /> A construction access route has been included on the Soil Erosion and Sediment <br /> Control Plan (Sheet C-3), in accordance with the City of Everett's standard details. <br /> The SESC Plan has been provided as Figure 4 in Appendix A of this report. <br /> 2. Stabilization of denuded areas: <br /> Stabilization direction has been provided on the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control <br /> Plan (Sheet C-3), in accordance with the City of Everett. The SESC Plan has been <br /> provided as Figure 4 in Appendix A of this report. <br /> 3. Protection of adjacent properties: <br /> The adjacent properties will be protected by the installation of a silt fence and catch <br /> basin sediment control devices. These elements have been included on the Soil <br /> Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (Sheet C-3), in accordance with the City of <br /> Everett's standard Details. The SESC Plan has been provided as Figure 4 in Appendix <br /> A of this report. <br /> 4. Maintenance of erosion and sediment control BMPs: <br /> Instructions for maintenance of the SESC devices have been included on the Soil <br /> Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (Sheet C-3), in accordance with the City of <br /> Everett's standard Details. The SESC Plan has been provided as Figure 4 in Appendix <br /> A of this report. <br /> 5. Implementation of other BMPs as determined necessary by the City. <br /> As the time of this report, no additional devices have been deemed necessary by the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> V. Source Control Plan <br /> The completed Source Control Worksheet identifying all activities that will be performed <br /> outdoors or can affect the stormwater drainage system has been provided in Appendix C <br /> along with the required Best Management Practices for the specific activities. <br /> Core States Group Page 13 <br />
