Panera Bread Stormwater Management Report Everett,WA <br /> a new driveway, add pedestrian access points, connect to utilities and provide landscaping. <br /> These improvements will result in approximately 0.94 acres of land disturbed. <br /> In the developed condition the stormwater runoff from the parking lot will sheet flow to catch <br /> basins located throughout the site. After interception by these catch basins, the runoff will be <br /> conveyed through an underground piping system to an existing storm manhole (SSMH-S) <br /> located at the southwest corner of the site. This manhole is currently the site's point of <br /> discharge to the city main and is equipped an oil/water separator(riser pipe). <br /> The stormwater conveyance system has been designed to handle the capacity of a 25-year <br /> design storm event per the criteria outlined in the City of Everett's Stormwater Management <br /> Manual. <br /> Core States Group Page 6 <br />
