See site plan. <br /> Section 3 Existing Site Condtion <br /> The site is currently vacant and covered with grass with some trees. The soils are <br /> Alderwood. There is a low area to the south off of the site. There is a rockery along <br /> Glenwood Avenue. Seahurst Avenue has no curbs, gutters, storm drains, ditches or <br /> sidewalks. There is a Storm Drain Manhole at the Northeast corner of the site. <br /> Section 4 Adjacent Areas <br /> To the north of this site is Seahurst Avenue,to the west is Glenwood Avenue,to the <br /> south is a low area and a single family home.
