The clearing limits will be marked with fencing. The clearing limits will basically <br /> be the boundary of the site as limited space is available. <br /> 2. A Rock Construction Entrance will be provided per C105 to allow entrance and <br /> exit from the site without tracking dirt onto Seahurst Avenue. <br /> 3. This small project does not require the control of stormwater flow rates as less <br /> that 5,000sf of impervious surface will be provided per 2.1.1. <br /> 4. Sediment control will be provided by use of a silt fence per C233,mulching per <br /> C121 and storm drain inlet protection per C220 <br /> 5. Soils will be stabilized by use of mulching per C121 <br /> 6. Protection of slopes is not requires as no steep slopes will be affected by this <br /> project and none exist no the site. <br /> 7. Drain Inlets will be protected using C220 for the new catch basin in the driveway <br /> until it is paved and for the existing storm manhole at the NE corner of the site. <br /> 8. Stabilization of Channels and Outlets is not required as none exist on this project. <br /> 9. Control of Pollutants will be done by providing a downturned elbow in the <br /> driveway catch basin. As this residential driveway is less than 2,000sf no <br /> additional measures are needed. <br /> 10. Control of Dewatering is not required on this project as no groundwater is <br /> expected to be encountered. <br /> 11. Maintain BMP's will be done by the owner. BMP's will be removed within 30 <br /> days of the site being stabilized. <br /> 12. Manage the Project will be done by the Owner.He will inspect and monitor the <br /> effectiveness of the BMP's to insure that no problems occur. <br /> Section 2 Project Description: <br /> The 15,961sf(0.366+/-acre) site is located on the Southeast corner of Glenwood Avenue <br /> and Seahurst Avenue. The site is currently vacant. The site slopes down to the northeast <br /> at 10%+/-. Storm water runoff currently sheet flows off of the vacant site to Seahurst <br /> Avenue. See attached basin map.The flow will continue to flow to the west as it now <br /> does but an infiltration trench will be installed to better infiltrate the flow from the <br /> driveway. Splashblocks will spread the flow from the roof out over the site. The <br /> pavement will slope to the catch basin and the catch basin will drain to the infiltration <br /> trench. An overflow will be provided to the Drain at the NE Corner of the lot. <br /> 1 <br />
