Instructions Online Map Everett Viewer <br /> General Map Everett viewing and printing instructions: <br /> . To view or print out existing information for your project area with a scale and legend <br /> using Map Everett, open this link(www.everettwa.gov/MapEverett) and look up your <br /> project address using the search bar in the upper lefthand side to zoom in to your <br /> location. <br /> 0 1. Go to the BaseMap Gallery (icon with four squares that make a larger square <br /> depicted next to this step). Select the most current Aerial Photo as your basemap. <br /> 2. Go to the Layer List (icon with a stack of papers depicted next to this step) and turn <br /> on layers by checking boxes.The group, subgroup, and layer boxes must all be <br /> checked to turn on the information. Select the following information/layers: <br /> .0 Environmemal "' ❑ Property group 4 parcel layer <br /> Q Sr.— Zoom to <br /> _p wetlands Transparency ❑ Topographic group 4 land contour lines layer <br /> �—I Set visibility range <br /> ,F Shore„neMamer ❑ Utilities group 4 storm drainage, sewer, and water layers <br /> Move up <br /> Move down ❑ Environmental group 4 streams and wetlands layers. <br /> r❑Topographic <br /> Description <br /> _E] :. ... Change transparency to 50%for wetlands by clicking on the triple dot <br /> peque T`e"SPe= next to the Environmental group heading, selecting Transparency from <br /> 0% sox 100% the dropdown menu, and sliding the transparency slider to 50%. <br /> 3. Select the property so that the parcel line shows up in a bright blue color. <br /> - 4. Go to the Printer icon (depicted next to this step) and select PDF format using the <br /> "Tabloid ANSI B Landscape" option in the dropdown menu. <br /> 5. Type your project title, address, and applicant/owner name in the Map Title box <br /> before printing. <br /> 6. Double click the most current print to view your file. <br /> 7. Save the file as "1stReviewExisting Site_MM.DD.YYY" . <br /> To create the proposed construction drawing,there are drawing tools (icon of a <br /> ��•• painting palette depicted next to this step) available in Map Everett that can be used to <br /> draw and label proposed construction and information.
