Instructions for viewing and printing Critical Areas information: <br /> . To view or print out Critical Areas information for your project area with a scale and <br /> legend using Map Everett, open this link(www.everettwa.gov/MapEverett) and look up <br /> your project address using the search bar in the upper lefthand side to zoom in to your <br /> location. <br /> 1. Go to the BaseMap Gallery(icon with four squares that make a larger square <br /> 0 depicted next to this step). Select the most current Aerial Photo. <br /> 2. Go to the Layer List (icon with a stack of papers depicted next to this step), after <br /> clearing the layers,turn on other layers by checking boxes.The group, subgroup, <br /> and layer boxes must all be checked to show the information. Select the following <br /> information/layers: <br /> .Q Planning and Zoning ❑ Property group 4 parcel layer <br /> r❑ Comprehensive Plan <br /> ❑ Topographic group 4 land contour lines layer <br /> Q Critical Areas <br /> ❑ Flood Hazards El Planning and Zoning group, Critical Areas subgroup, and Geologic Hazards <br /> r <br /> subgroup 4 landslide hazard, liquefaction susceptibility, seismic hazard, <br /> .Q Geologic Hazards <br /> and erosion hazard layers <br /> Q Landslide Hazard <br /> �W Liquefaction Susceptibilir; ❑ Environmental group 4 streams and wetlands layers. <br /> oQ Seismic Hazard Change transparency to 50%for wetlands by clicking on the triple dot next to <br /> oQ Erosion Hazard the Environmental group heading, selecting Transparency, and sliding the <br /> transparency slider to 50%(see screenshot on previous page). <br /> Note: You may need to zoom in or turn layers on and off to better view the data. <br /> There could be more critical areas present than what is shown in Map Everett. <br /> 3. Select the property so that the parcel line shows up in a bright blue color. <br /> 4. Go to the Printer icon (depicted next to this step) and select PDF format using the <br /> "Tabloid ANSI B Landscape" option in the dropdown menu. <br /> 5. Type your project title, address, and applicant/owner name in the Map Title box <br /> before printing. <br /> 6. Double click the most current print to view your file. <br /> 7. Save the file with "Geologic Hazards" and the address in the file name. <br /> 8. Repeat the process to look at the wetland and stream layers in the Environmental <br /> group that are up to a % mile downstream of where the site discharges to.This <br /> information should be saved to a file with "Critical Areas" and the address in the <br /> file name. <br /> City of Everett Public Works <br /> Small Project Stormwater Site Plan/Report—Sept.2023 Page 40 of 40 <br />
