Please respond to <br /> comments in the table's response column provided. Redlines are provided in a separate document. If you have any questions regarding the <br /> comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works reviewer,Tawnya Herman, at THerman@everettwa.gov. <br /> Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a <br /> separate comment letter from the Planning Reviewer for comments related to this construction permit, or from the Building Reviewer for architectural, <br /> structural, or other types of drawings. <br /> Resubmittal: Please upload your revised documents through the Online Permitting Portal at https://onIinepermits.everettwa.gov,following the required <br /> standards and naming convention listed in the permit document upload standards & instructions (PDF). Once uploaded, you must send an email with <br /> your Transmittal Sheet (PDF)to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing through the system, as the online permitting portal does not <br /> notify staff when documents are uploaded. Failure to do so will delay your permit review. <br /> Naming convention of the uploaded documents shall be as follows: XXReview_DocumentType_MM.DD.YYYY (i.e. 2ndReview_CivilPlans_02.01.2025) <br /> Required resubmittal items are as outlined below: <br /> i.
