1 <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> 1 <br /> 7.2 Reporting <br /> 7.2.1 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br /> Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR)forms will be submitted to Ecology because water quality <br /> sampling is being conducted at the site. <br /> 7.2.2 Notification of Noncompliance <br /> ' if any of the terms and conditions of the permit are not met, and it causes a threat to human <br /> health or the environment, the following steps will be taken in accordance with permit <br /> ' section S5.F: <br /> 1. Ecology will be immediately notified of the failure to comply. <br /> ' 2. Immediate action will be taken to control the noncompliance issue and to <br /> correct the problem. If applicable, sampling and analysis of any <br /> noncompliance will be repeated immediately and the results submitted to <br /> Ecology within five (5) days of becoming aware of the violation. <br /> 3.
