COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> I <br /> Based on the CITY OF EVERETT STORMWATER MANAGEMENT MANUAL <br /> (February 15, 2010), Volume 1,Figure 2.2 (see attached)this proposed new development project <br /> will comply with Minimum Requirements#1 through#9. The purpose of the requirements is to <br /> prevent and control adverse impacts of the drainage and stormwater on the public health, safety <br /> I and general welfare. To meet these requirements, a Construction Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been provided. The following address the 9 Minimum <br /> Requirements: <br /> I <br /> Minimum Requirement#1: STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br /> PREPARATION <br /> A Stormwater Site Plans have been prepared for City of Everett review and approval. These <br /> plans use LID features including infiltration,rain gardens, amended soil and catch basins with oil <br /> water separators'. <br /> 1 <br /> Minimum Requirement#2: CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER <br /> POLLUTION PREVENTION <br /> Plans have been prepared for City of Everett review and approval for both clearing, grading <br /> activities. As shown the plans establish permitted areas for clearing and grading limitations <br /> The twelve elements detailed in volume II, Chapter 2.4 shall be included in the SWPPP and the <br /> construction site operator shall insure that they are implemented unless site conditions render the <br /> element unnecessary and the exemption from that element is clearly justified in the SWPPP. <br /> Minimum Requirement#3: SOURCE CONTROL OF POLLUTION. <br /> The subject area will be graded using BMP's for the proposed 9-residential buildings, 1-veehicle <br /> wash building, private road and sidewalk, 9-driveways, drainage facilities, utilities and the <br /> I mitigation facilities. During grading, equipment will be maintained so as not to be a source of <br /> pollution. Potential pollutant materials for the pole building will not be stored within the parking <br /> area of the site. Any stored materials will be stored within the building site. Construction <br /> equipment and construction vehicle washing will not be allowed. <br /> The building constructed specifically for washing vehicles will drain to the sanitary sewer as <br /> required per city of Everett Stormwater Management Manual (Feb. 15, 2010) Volume IV, Ch. <br /> 3.3, A1.3. <br /> 7 <br />
