The general location of the plat site is shown on Plate 1 —
Vicinity Map, attached hereto. We understand that the proposed development for the site is to
plat it into about 10 single-family residential building lots with supporting infrastructure. The
purpose of this study is to characterize the subsurface conditions of the site and provide
1 geotechnical recommendations for grading, site stabilization, erosion mitigation, surface and
ground water drainage control, onsite stormwater disposal, and foundation design and
construction, etc., for the proposed development of the site. Presented in this report are our
findings and geotechnical recommendations for the proposed development of the site.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For our use in this study, you provided us with a topographic survey plan of the site. According
to this plan, a wetland and its buffer areas lie in about the western one third of the site.
