• <br /> Clearing limits of the project are shown on the engineering drawings. All bare and <br /> disturbed soils shall note be left uncovered or unstabilized for more than 2 days during <br />• winter grading (October 1 to April 30) or 7 days for summer grading (May 1 to <br /> September 30). Cleared areas shall be covered temporarily with plastic or with straw <br /> mulch or hydro seeded if plans do not call for work in the area. A Construction entrance <br /> will be utilized to remove heavy soil debris from trucks leaving the site. <br />• <br /> Best Management Practices will be used in this project such as silt fences, interceptor <br /> trenches, sedimentation ponds (where necessary), hydro seeding of cleared land and other <br /> passive means to contain and control erosion and sediment. <br />• Core Requirement#6—Maintenance and Operations <br /> Storm Chamber Detention system and storm filter are to be maintained by future home <br /> owner's association. Roof drains to splash blocks to be maintained by associated <br /> individual unit owners. Refer to section 9 of this report for Maintenance and Operations <br />• information. <br /> Core Requirement#7—Financial Guarantees and Liability <br /> The owner and/or contractor for each individual portion of the work will guarantee all <br />• erosion and drainage work on the site as Bonds or another form of financial guarantee. <br /> The contractor will guarantee the work for a period of time and ultimately the property <br /> owner will guarantee the long-term promise of all maintenance. <br /> Core Requirement#8—Water Quality <br />• Water quality treatment is to be provided by the installation of a catch basin storm filter <br /> located at the north end of the drive aisle system. All new lawn areas are to be <br /> constructed with amended soils to provide minor water quality of pollution generating <br /> pervious surfaces.
