CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN <br /> In accordance with the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual, the following <br /> construction stormwater elements are addressed in this report and on the plans as <br /> well.: <br /> 1. Mark Clearing Limits <br /> 2. Establish Construction Access <br /> 3. Control Flow Rates <br /> 4. Install Sediment Controls <br /> 5. Stabilize Slopes <br /> 6. Protect Slopes <br /> 7. Protect Drain Inlets <br /> 8. Stabilize Channels and Outlets <br /> 9. Control Pollutants <br /> 10.Control De-Watering <br /> 11.Maintain BMPs <br /> 12.Manage the Project <br /> 1. Mark Clearing Limits <br /> Clearing limits are to be clearly staked prior to the start of construction. Limits of <br /> construction are established on the Erosion Control Plans. Clearing limits will be <br /> clearly marked with orange plastic fencing throughout the construction phase. <br /> 2. Establish Construction Access <br /> The construction entrance shall be installed early in the construction phase. <br /> 3. Control Flow Rates <br /> Flows on the site will be controlled by use of interceptor swales and a sediment trap. <br /> 4. Install Sediment Controls <br /> Perimeter protection has been provided in the form of silt fencing and catch basins <br /> have silt protection. <br /> 5. Stabilize Soils <br /> Sediment retention will be achieved with silt fencing, catch basin protection and a <br /> sediment trap. <br /> 6.
