Control Pollutants <br /> Silt fencing as well as catch basin inlet protection has been included in the ESC plan <br /> to capture any sediment-laden runoff during the construction phase. In addition, the <br /> equipment used on site will be required to be in good working order. <br /> 10. Control Dewatering <br /> It is not anticipated that any dewatering will be required. <br /> 11. Maintain BMPs <br /> The contractor is required to maintain all BMPs on the site until all soils are stabilized <br /> on the site at the end of construction. <br /> 12. Manage the Project <br /> The contractor is required to manage the subcontractors on the site throughout the <br /> course of construction.
