See Construction Plans under a separate cover for <br /> location and specifications. <br /> Minimum Requirement #6: Runoff Treatment: Based on the requirements of <br /> Chapter 4, Volume I of the Stormwater Manual, this site will be required to <br /> provide Basic Runoff Treatment. Both basins will use cartridge media filtration <br /> as allowed per Chapter 13 of Volume III of the City of Everett Stormwater <br /> Manual to meet water quality requirements.
