Drop curb driveway per STD 307. Referenced on note 1. <br /> 2. Remove existing asphalt. New note added on Sheet 2 of 3 (Clearing,TESC&Grading <br /> Plan). <br /> 3. Replace existing drop curb with sidewalk. Reference new note 5. <br /> 4. Add pedestrian walkway from each proposed residence to public sidewalk. Four foot <br /> painted striped walkway added. <br /> 5. Add turn-around for single axle trucks(ie,UPS,garbage trucks). An example hammerhead <br /> turn-around has been added to the plan utilizing a single unit driveway already proposed. It <br /> is assumed that at least one of the nine suitable driveways will be free during daytime <br /> hours. Fire suppression sprinklers are proposed to eliminate the necessity for a Fire <br /> Department turn-around. <br /> 6. Provide detail of Storm& Sewer pipe crossings. A detail was added to Sheet 3 of 5. <br /> 7. Provide a scaled detail of CB-3 to show that all those pipes fit. A detail was added to Sheet <br /> 3 of 5. <br /> 8. CB's 4, 5,& 7 must have locking lids or grates. Reference updated note 3. <br /> Sheet 4 of 5(Sewer&Water Plan) <br /> I. Check Sewer Main easement on parcel to the south. The sewer was redesigned outside of <br /> this parcel. <br /> 2. Will the existing water meter be used for irrigation? Yes. <br /> 3. Use one master meter. One two inch master meter is now proposed for domestic service <br /> and one two inch meter for fire service. <br /> 4. Are fire suppression sprinklers proposed for units 6& 7?Yes,they are proposed for all <br /> units per discussion with Rick Robinson of the Fire Department. <br /> 5. Add invert information on profile. Inverts requested were added. <br /> 6.
