The applicant has paid the mitigation fee prior to any issuance of permits. <br /> Developer Comments: <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit has been obtained for this project, and detailed drawings have <br /> been submitted to the Public Works Department. <br /> 2. All parking is per the City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards for <br /> the Development. <br /> 3. This project complies with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. Note has been added on road and drainage plan. <br /> 4. Any special charges applicable are being used. <br /> 5. A fire hydrant is proposed within 200 driving feet of every structure but not closer than <br /> 50 feet of every structure. <br /> 6. City streets shall be kept clean and clear during all construction.Note has been added on <br /> grading and TESC plan. <br /> 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water systems will be submitted to the city. <br /> 8.
