2. EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> The proposed project Everett Office Building is located at 12728 Bothell Everett <br /> Highway in the City of Everett, Washington. More generally, the site is located in <br /> Section 30, Township 28 North, and Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian in <br /> Snohomish County, Washington. Please refer to the Vicinity Map attached in this report. <br /> The project contains approximately 1.44 acres. The project site is currently <br /> developed with a single-family home with its gravel driveway, a shed, and a garage. The <br /> site slopes gently towards the north and drains towards the northern edge of the site. Per <br /> SCC survey of Snohomish County,the project site contains Alderwood soils that have a <br /> hydrologic classification of Type"C". Please refer to the soils map and descriptions <br /> attached later in this report for more details. <br />
