The general location of the project site is shown on Plate 1 —Vicinity <br /> Map. We understand that the proposed development for the site is build a three-story office <br /> building with supporting infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to characterize the <br /> subsurface conditions of the site and provide geotechnical recommendations for grading, erosion <br /> mitigation, surface and ground water drainage control, foundation design and construction, etc., <br /> for the proposed development of the site. Presented in this report are our findings and <br /> recommendations for the proposed development of the site. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> For our use in this study, you provided us with a site plan of the proposed development of the <br /> site. The site is a 1.38-acre parcel, fronted by Bothell-Everett Highway (also known as 19th <br /> Avenue SE or State Route 527) to the east.
