The two <br /> basins involved are the Powdermill Gulch basin to the west and Narbeck Creek basin to the <br /> east. <br /> West Basin <br /> Stormwater runoff within the west basin is detained in the large pond located north of the <br /> Northshore Christian Church. This pond was sized in 1998 by Trepanier Engineering and <br /> included the following areas: <br /> Contributing Basin Area(acres) <br /> Western Lot 3C 3.15 <br /> Western Lot 3D 11.55 <br /> Lot 3E 5.03 <br /> 23rd Drive W. 1.17 <br /> Total 20.9 <br /> 4/4- <br />
