Preliminary Stormwater Site Plan Everett,WA
111
sloped (avg. 10%). In consideration of the area topographyand site soils, erosion control
p g
and sediment trapping measures will need to be closely monitored during construction.
111
The following structural items will likely be used to control erosion and sedimentation
' processes:
• Stabilized construction entrance
• Filter fabric fences
• Cover measures
• Haul Road and Staging areas
• Temporary Interceptor Swales/Rock Check Dams
• Sediment Ponds
C. Permanent Erosion Control and Site Restoration
Grass or ground cover will be planted on all exposed areas with side slopes greater than
3H:1V.
D. Inspection Sequence (weekly and after major rainfalls)
E. Control of Pollutants Other Than Sediments
Pollutants shall be controlled on the work site with a Fuel Management Area per the
Department of Ecology. This shall include a centralized area for equipment, concrete
truck washing and temporary storage of debris and stockpiled materials.
F. Utilities
' New utilities will be coordinated with the individual utility contacts. Erosion and sediment
controls will be sequenced for construction activities to ensure erosion and sediment
transport does not occur during utility installation. Temporary systems are not to be
removed until permanent systems are "on-line" and approved by inspector.
I
1
I
1
PACLAND Job# 50175001 Page 6
