Four Corners Short Plat Stormwater Site Plan reconfigured with the short plat. The K-Mart parking lot, and DaVita clinic will remain, and will be developed under a future permit. The properties immediately north of the site are zoned R-1 and E-land those adjacent to the west boundary are zone R-1. The properties adjacent to the south are zoned E-1 MUO. The properties to the east are zoned E-1. Figure 2 in the Appendix displays the existing site conditions. Current site zoning of the property is E-1 MUO, Evergreen Way Mixed Use Overlay. The proposed multifamily project is a permitted use under the current zoning and all site development and public infrastructure improvements are proposed in accordance with applicable City of Everett development standards. Figure 3 of the Appendix displays the proposed site conditions. All storm water runoff from the improved site will be collected and conveyed to a formal flow control facility prior to being released to the existing, downstream, public storm system.
