SS19-007 and PW 1 911 -015): <br />• Completed City Transmittal Form <br />• City comment matrix appended w/Applicant responses <br />• Public Works Permit plan set, revised (October 20, 2020) <br />• Preliminary Short Plat Map and Lot Closures, for reference (June 22, 2020) <br />• Stormwater Site Plan report (October 20, 2020) <br />These documents have been updated or otherwise prepared in response to City review comments including <br />those in the "Information for Developer" from the Planning Division which was accompanied by your September <br />11, 2020 review memorandum (Public hearing Exhibit 7) and your subsequent October 9, 2020 memorandum <br />and comment matrix. Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from the City of Everett <br />Permit Services. <br />Response: The updated Public Works Permit (PWP) plan set and other supporting documents enclosed with this <br />re -submittal are provided for the final approval of the construction permit for the short plat and frontage <br />improvements along Evergreen Way. <br />2. A Public Works Permit is required for this project for all work associated with the creation of this proposed <br />short subdivision. Detailed drawings in accordance with the current City of Everett Design and Construction <br />Standards and Specifications for Development shall be submitted to Permit Services, showing site grading, <br />paving, landscaping utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion and sedimentation control <br />(TESC), and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of <br />these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved, and warranted before the short subdivision is recorded and Occupancy Permit is issued/final <br />approval is granted. <br />Response.
