This project is subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3389-14 (codified as EMC <br />18.40) and subsequent revision. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine <br />applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to building permit application. The actual <br />charges and requirements shall be as per the information on the approved plans and an approved Traffic <br />Study at the time of building permit issuance and the ordinance in effect at that time. <br />Response. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall <br />be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />Response: A 1-year warranty bond will be provided in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all <br />public improvements for the work on the separate, future Public Works Permit for the Multifamily. The amount <br />will be determined during the permit process for the Public Works Permit for the separate multifamily project. <br />30. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure <br />shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />Response: A 2-year warranty bond will be provided in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all <br />stormwater infrastucture improvements for the work on the separate, future Public Works Permit for the <br />Multifamily. The amount will be determined during the permit process for the Public Works Permit for the <br />separate multifamily project. <br />31. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems are required to be submitted per current City <br />of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual, prior to final <br />approval/close out of the permit. <br />Response. As-builts of the infrastructure improvements for the Multi -family development will be provided for the <br />separate Public Works Permit after the construction of the infrastructure is completed, but prior to final approval <br />and close out of the permit. <br />32. In general, please call out all utilities and site features in accordance with the specific type and standard <br />drawing number listed in the City's current Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br />Development. http://everettwa.gov/1 531 Des i g n-Construction-Standard s <br />Response: The multi -family public works permit will be updated in accordance with the Citys current Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development per the link provided. <br />33. Please clearly label all features as either existing or proposed and clearly show on the site plan using <br />specific line types, hatch patterns, and a legend. <br />Response: The future multifamily public works permit will clearly label the existing and proposed improvements. <br />34. After the required Land Use processes have completed, please apply for a public works permit by sending <br />your completed application attached to an email at everettepssaeverettwa.gov and send a downloadable <br />link containing compiled PDFs of the plan set, drainage report, and any additional report such as Geotech <br />or SWPPP. For more <br />information and online resources please visit everettwa.gov/permits. <br />Response: A public works permit, with associated reports will be provided per the instructions above as <br />requested. <br />35. Application for building permits and/or site work permits for the multi -family project are eligible to be <br />submitted after the short plat has been recorded and the lot for those improvements created. <br />
