Please review and respond to the comments below. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />1. A multi -family residential unit is being constructed and is subject to the <br />requirements of RCW 64.55. Please complete the RCW 64.55 Building Envelope <br />Submittal worksheet. <br />2. On Sheet CS01C, the proposed building height is noted to exceed the 70'-0" <br />limitation for a sprinklered, Type VA, R occupancy. Please verify the calculation <br />or revise the building height such that this height is not exceed. IBC 503.4. <br />3. On Sheet A020, total on -site parking stalls provided (684 stalls) in an R-2 <br />occupancy are greater than (20). Per IBC 427.2, 5% of the parking spaces are <br />required to have electrical vehicle charging infrastructure. Please clarify and <br />revise drawings as required as this infrastructure appears to be missing. IBC <br />427. <br />STRUCTURAL <br />4. On Sheet S1, the Design Criteria notes a redundancy factor of 1.0. However, <br />the design permit calculations on page ETABS-1 notes that a redundancy factor <br />PERMIT SERVICES <br />1.3 is being used on the concrete design permit calculations. Please clarify <br />which redundancy factor is being used to design the concrete lateral force <br />Q3200 Cedar Street <br />resisting system. <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />5. On Sheet S1, some of the wind design criteria such as the component & <br />425.257.88 <br />O425.257.8857 fax <br />cladding wind pressures and importance factor appear to be missing.
